She’s passionate about nurturing their growth across all areas of development. As a mother of four, Sara understands the joys and challenges of parenting and brings that empathy to her work. She’s excited to welcome and support every family who walks through the doors of The WOMB.

Dr. Diane Meyer
Chiropractor | BSc, DC, FICPA, DACCP
Dr. Diane Meyer is a respected chiropractor with a passion for supporting mothers and babies through holistic, family-centered care. A mom of four and a Fellow of the International Paediatric Chiropractic Association since 1994, she also holds a Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics. Dr. Meyer is a sought-after speaker and educator, known for her expertise in pre- and postnatal care. She uses a wide range of gentle, evidence-informed techniques to support each family's unique needs.

Dr. Minal Gandhi discovered her passion for chiropractic care as a teen when it brought relief to her chronic headaches—and inspired her career path. In practice since 2006, she now focuses on family, prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. As a mother, she brings personal insight and compassion to her work, supporting patients through pregnancy and recovery. Dr. Minal is dedicated to providing gentle, up-to-date care and is honoured to serve the families at The WOMB.

Child Life Specialist
Faiza is a Certified Child Life Specialist with a passion for supporting children and families through life’s most challenging moments. With a background in Early Childhood Studies and a Master’s in Child Life and Pediatric Psychosocial Care, she uses therapeutic play, preparation, and education to reduce fear and build resilience. Faiza has worked at SickKids and in community settings, helping children navigate everything from new siblings and medical procedures to grief and loss. At The WOMB, she creates safe, empowering spaces where kids feel seen, supported, and understood.

Registered Social Worker
Brooke is a Registered Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting children, youth, families, and individuals through life’s challenges. With a background in Child and Family Studies and Sociology, she brings empathy, validation, and a strengths-based approach to her practice. As a woman, mother, and partner with lived experience in fertility, trauma, illness, and loss, Brooke offers compassionate, grounded support. She is dedicated to helping clients heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

Warda Khan
Psychotherapist
With nearly 15 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Warda has supported individuals and families through meaningful healing and growth. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Emotion-Focused techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Fluent in Urdu and Hindi, Warda offers culturally sensitive care, especially for those navigating life transitions or adapting to a new country. As both a clinician and immigrant, Warda draws on lived experience to build deep, empathetic connections and help clients reach their fullest potential.

Anita is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, educator, and member of CAPPA Canada, dedicated to helping families reach their breastfeeding goals with compassion and support. After transitioning from a business career, she found her calling in lactation care and now teaches at Mohawk College and volunteers with the Halton Breastfeeding Connection and Baby Friendly Initiative. Anita brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work. She lives in Oakville with her husband and two children and enjoys baking, staying active, and family time.

Falon is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and graduate of the Mohawk College Breastfeeding Program. She offers compassionate, non-judgmental support to help families achieve their individual feeding goals. Inspired by her own NICU breastfeeding journey, Falon brings both personal insight and professional care to her work. Outside of The WOMB, she enjoys time with her family, thrifting, and staying active.

Andrea is committed to helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in reaching their wellness goals.

As a mom of five, Joanna is passionate about wellness, nutrition, and the connection between our bodies and the environment. Motherhood taught her the importance of tuning into her body’s needs to show up as her best self—for her family and her community. Joanna loves volunteering, practicing martial arts, and supporting others through life’s ups and downs. To Joanna, being at The WOMB means no one has to navigate this journey alone.

Cathy’s practice blends gentle osteopathic techniques with her deep knowledge of movement to address pain, trauma, and pediatric concerns. She is known for her compassionate, whole-person care rooted in integrity and sensitivity.

Diana is a paediatric physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University and a background in Biology and Kinesiology. Since 2011, she has specialized in assessing and treating children from birth to age 18 for a wide range of conditions including Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, and developmental or neurological concerns. Diana takes a play-based, family-centered approach that empowers parents through hands-on care, education, and home programming. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, reading, and practicing mindfulness and movement to support overall well-being.

Upasana is a physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and advanced training in pelvic health. She is passionate about supporting women through their prenatal and postpartum journeys with a holistic, personalized approach. Upasana empowers new moms to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally after childbirth. As a mom of two, she’s excited to be part of The WOMB after experiencing firsthand the value of collaborative care.

Faryal is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and a passion for empowering women through every stage of life. She supports clients from preconception to postpartum, as well as through menopause, using compassionate, personalized care to promote informed healing and pelvic wellness. Faryal’s approach combines education, empathy, and evidence-based tools to help women feel confident and connected to their bodies. Outside the clinic, she enjoys travel, nature, nutrition, and home design.

Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000, treating clients of all ages with a focus on stress, injury recovery, pregnancy, and postnatal care. She integrates Swedish massage, myofascial release, lymph drainage, and trigger point therapy into her personalized treatments. With a background in dance, outdoor education, and counselling, Jennifer brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and two young sons.

Rachel is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Kinesiology and a special interest in pre and postnatal care. She completed her RMT diploma in 2020, including specialized training and a hospital placement in prenatal massage at Sunnybrook. Rachel uses a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to support women through all stages of pregnancy. She’s excited to be part of The WOMB team and to continue providing compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Nickie is a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, she specializes in pre and postnatal fitness and is passionate about helping women build sustainable, lifelong wellness habits. Nickie supports clients at every stage of their journey with personalized, goal-oriented movement. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking the Bruce Trail, practicing yoga, and playing pickleball.
